trying 2 make a competitive penguin deck. was gonna use degenerate circuit but then found out its just 2 costly for lp, plus nopeguin takes care of the banishing. Most builds run mathmatican to ditch nopeguin into grave, but im also running this deck on a budget, so unless i rlly have to, id like some more casual solutions. I'm open to any variant ppl suggest. The most promising ive seen atm is rank-up penguins o.e.
